What information do we collect?
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a home valuation, ask about a property, sign up for updates or contact us directly, we collect what you choose to share. That usually means your name, email address and phone number, and it can include a property address, your home search preferences and anything you write in a message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and the tools it uses may collect basic technical details when you visit, such as your browser type, device, the pages you view and how you arrived here. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How do we use your information?
We use your information to respond to your questions, help you buy, sell or rent a home, send you the listings, market updates or valuations you ask for, schedule showings and appointments, and improve this website. We may also use it to meet our legal and professional obligations as a licensed real estate agent.
Do we sell your information?
No. We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only when it’s needed to help you, for example with Keller Williams Realty Boston Northwest, a lender, title company or other professional you’ve asked us to connect you with, or when the law requires it.
Home value reports
When you request a home value report, the address you enter is sent to our valuation and mapping providers to prepare the report. The report is saved on this site for 7 days, then deleted.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we’ll text you only about your real estate questions and requests. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. We never sell or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
Third-party services
This site uses trusted outside services to work properly. These can include a home search provider that shows property listings, embedded maps, videos and review widgets, form tools and website analytics. These services may set their own cookies and collect information under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we aren’t responsible for how those sites handle your information.
Cookies and your choices
You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Some parts of the site, such as saved home searches, may not work as well without them. You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link at the bottom of any message, and you can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing ianmcgovern@kw.com.
How do we protect your information?
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including a secure connection on every page. No website or method of storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please email us and we’ll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
